I teach face to face Pilates classes in Bethnal Green, east London, and also live streamed classes from my home to yours. Pilates is the best thing you can do for your body and mind. It will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and help to release tension. I think the best way to approach any exercise is to enjoy yourself and do what you’re comfortable with so my classes are fun and relaxed but with some hard work in there as well. I’m a real believer that Pilates is for everyone!
