1:1 sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates and want to learn the basics before joining a group class or you would prefer to work on equipment. They are also good if you are looking to challenge yourself with more advanced exercises, if you are pregnant or are recovering from injury and have specific things you want to work on.

I teach 1:1s at Balanced Movement Pilates in South Woodford (Tuesdays), the Light Centre Monument in the City (Wednesdays) and Body Control Pilates in central London (Thursdays).  

Home visits are also available in Bethnal Green E2, Mile End E3, Bow E3 and Hackney E9.

Summer 1:1 offer at the Light Centre, Monument

From now until 31st August I am running an offer where you can book 1:1s at the Light Centre for £40 a session (usual price £60). Please email me if you have any questions about the sessions or to book in. 

Please note, this offer is only for 1:1 sessions at the Light Centre, Monument on Wednesday mornings. There is no limit on the number of sessions you can book but the sessions must be taken before 31st August. If you need to cancel you must give more than 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
