1:1 sessions are ideal if you are new to Pilates and want to learn the basics before joining a group class or you would prefer to work on equipment. They are also good if you are looking to challenge yourself with more advanced exercises, if you are pregnant or are recovering from injury and have specific things you want to work on.

I teach 1:1s at the Light Centre Monument in the City (Wednesdays) and Body Control Pilates in central London (Thursdays).  

Home visits are also available in Bethnal Green E2, Mile End E3, Bow E3 and Hackney E9.
