Classes are lived streamed using Zoom.

LIVE STREAM single class: £10
LIVE STREAM five class pass: £45 (valid for two months)

By taking part in an online Pilates class, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to join the class. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to let the teacher know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. By joining the class you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher.

Helpful info about live streamed classes

Classes are live streamed using Zoom. You will need a laptop or tablet/phone with a camera and speaker.

As with face to face classes, you can book and pay for classes using TeamUp. An hour before the class starts TeamUp will send you an email which will include a link to the class. If you are planning to join the class using your laptop/desktop you will be able to do so directly from the link. If you plan to join using a phone/tablet, you will need to download the Zoom app here (Apple) or here (Google). I recommend doing this before the class start time so you are set up and ready to go when the class starts.

You will need a mat (or towel/camping mat etc) and a small towel to fold up and use as a head cushion.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bare feet or socks to allow you to move freely.

When you are booking in for your first class, you will need to answer some questions on TeamUp, giving details of your medical history, Pilates experience and goals. If you have had any injuries you should take advice from your doctor, osteopath or physiotherapist before taking up any new exercise. I may need to contact them to get more information about your injury or medical condition and to check that all the exercises are safe for you. If you have recently had a baby you will need to be cleared by your GP to return to exercise before you can join a Pilates class. If you have specific injuries or concerns please let me know at the beginning of the class. All medical information is completely confidential.

If you have any questions, please contact me.
